Men Worst Fear

It is sorrow,

Grieve,

Pain,

Entrance to unknown,

Destruction of everything built.

Some people wish having a hand chopped off,

Be beaten up very hard,

Have burned skin,

Be deformed,

But not the desire to go through it.

Do anything,

Even the insane.

Become someone else,

Something else,

But not have to face it.

Wishes of having a powerful weapon,

Able to destroy it,

To beat it forever,

For it not to take any loved one,

So there can be no more weeping.

It is men worst fear.

It is what no one wants for their love ones,

It is what almost every one tries to beat.

It is what is considered the most evil disease for men kind,

Death.

Beauty & Perfection

Men have been constantly looking for beauty and perfection through generations. We do no matter what to look beautiful and perfect. We all put our body under great sacrifice, doing painful things, which some pain we never thought we would be able to take. Some of us go real deep in this idea and even do surgeries to try to achieve this beauty and perfection. Some of these surgeries are to change the way we look; some are to take some of the “weak” parts of our bodies and place it with much stronger robotic ones; and other to change our genders. This idea of beauty and perfection that we try to achieve is not something solid or that have a universal meaning. It is a very abstract thing that varies from one person to another and the meaning to it varies from one person to another also. Trying to solidify this meaning or make it universal have being making many people really frustrated, because they end up felling as if they are trying to catch the wind. Some will feel in some point unappreciated by someone and that it was pointless to try to find it, mainly when they do it to impress others. Some others will just feel that they’ve achieved it just for a small period of time, because their body will react to it or continue showing the age and they will feel that it does not have an end. Total beauty and perfection of the body is something almost impossible to achieve at this time, it is still an abstraction thing and it will continue being.

Life & Death

Every day we hear of thousands dying and thousands born, cycle of life. We born, grow and die. “Die”, “Death”, no one like that, but the ones on depression. We all want to live and have does who we love with us forever. We all forget about death, at least try to forget about. We try not to think that at anytime we may not exist anymore or that at anytime we may lose this thing that is very fragile, which is life. We all would like to be immortal creatures and for all the loved ones to be too, just like Frankenstein, who created and gave life to a creature from piece of death bodies. He wanted the “cure” for death.

Today we have many Frankenstein, many people trying everything to be immortal or trying to maintain the youth on their body. People are studying clone, creating medicines to rejuvenate or surgeries to eliminate the aging. Many of these surgeries go from simple plastic surgeries to attaching robotic parts to the body. Many people go against all these and think that by changing nature they are being insane and that is just playing God. Insane or not, playing God or not, there are some simple questions that we should ask ourselves every time we do anything as: What are the consequences of what I’m doing? How is this going to affect nature and us? Frankenstein regretted what he did, because he didn’t think if the consequence of creating a creature would affect him and his community. Many people got killed and he lost all his loved ones. Now who ever is playing Frankenstein should ask themselves does questions and think first if by any chance they will regret doing what they doing.
